Estimates, not professional approval

Tools are provided as-is and as-available for estimates, planning and educational use. Results depend on your inputs, simplifying assumptions and equipment specifications. Independently verify calculations, manufacturer documentation, on-site conditions, venue requirements and applicable law before relying on any result.

No output certifies electrical safety, structural or rigging safety, legal occupancy, frequency coordination, hearing safety or suitability for a particular show. Use qualified personnel and the appropriate approving authorities where required.

Warranty and liability disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kynetic Media disclaims warranties, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise error-free or uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for your use of the tools and for decisions made from their results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kynetic Media is not liable for losses, injuries, property damage, downtime, lost profits or indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or its outputs. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Intellectual property and permitted use

The proprietary software, design, branding, documentation and other original site content belong to Kynetic Media or their respective rights holders. Ordinary interactive use of the tools is permitted. You may retain and use your own inputs and calculated results for your projects. Browser caching for intended offline use is permitted; that permission does not authorize redistribution of the tools.

Without prior written permission, do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, frame, embed, redistribute, resell, republish or create a competing copy of the proprietary tools or their source code, nor remove ownership notices or bypass access restrictions. These restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override rights granted by separately licensed third-party components.

Respectful and lawful use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content. Do not place confidential credentials or other sensitive secrets into shareable QR codes or public outputs. Tools processing audio do so on your device as described on the relevant page.

Copyright notices and DMCA contact

For copyright or DMCA notices, use the existing Kynetic Media contact form and identify the submission as a copyright notice. Include your name and reply contact information, identification of the copyrighted work and allegedly infringing material with its exact URL, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature. Include any additional information required by applicable law. Please do not submit sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to process the notice.
